Installation method

1. Lifting and transportation

The lifting and position of the machine tool shall be used for the special lifting tools provided by the manufacturer and shall not be used in other ways. No special lifting tools shall be required. 2. Foundation and location

The machine should be installed on a firm foundation, the position should be away from the vibration source; Avoid sunlight and thermal radiation; Place in a dry place to avoid moisture and air flow. If there is a vibration source near the machine tool, the anti-vibration ditch must be installed on the foundation.

3. Installation of machine tools

The machine tool is placed on the foundation, should be in the free state to find the flat, then the ground bolt evenly lock. For common machine tools, the level meter reading is not more than 0.04/1000mm, for high-precision machine tools, the level is not more than 0.02/1000mm. When measuring the installation accuracy, it should be carried out at constant temperature, and the measuring tool should be used after a fixed time. The removal of parts may result in the redistribution of the internal stress of the machine, thus affecting the precision of the machine tool.

4. Preparation before trial

After the machine tool geometry is qualified, the machine needs to be cleaned. Cotton or silk cloth that is soaked with cleaning agent shall not be used for cotton yarn or gauze. Anti-rust oil or anti-rust paint used to protect the guide surface and machined surface when the machine is removed. Clean the surface of the machine.
