Numerical control center is developed from CNC milling machine. The determination of the processing route

In nc lathe processing, the determination of processing route generally follows the following principles.
The accuracy and surface roughness of the workpiece shall be guaranteed.
The shortest route is to reduce the time of air travel and improve machining efficiency.
Try to simplify the work of numerical calculation and simplify the processing procedure.
A subroutine should be used for certain repetitive programs.
Troubleshooting: fault 1: CNC center serial encoder communication error alarm, cause: unit detected the CNC machining center's motor encoder broken line or poor communication. Check the connection between the feedback line and the amplifier of the motor. If the feedback line is normal, replace the servo motor (because the motor coder is one with the motor and cannot be opened), if the alpha motor changes the encoder. If it occurs occasionally, it may be caused by interference and check whether the shielded wire of the motor feedback line is in good condition.
Fault 2: CNC machining center encoder pulse counting error reporting (6, LED display system of PMM showed 305/308 alarm / 303/304) cause analysis: in the operation of the servo motor serial encoder in pulse missing, or does not count. Turn off the machine, and if there is a similar alarm, replace the motor (if it is the alpha motor to replace the encoder) or feedback the cable. If the nc machining center is switched on and the alarm disappears, the reference point must be returned to run the other instructions. If the PMM of the system is 308 alarm, it may be caused by interference, and then turn off again.
