In turning processing industry, due to the length of long-slim shaft, usually with poor rigidity.The processing long-slim parts or materials will easily be deformation because of vibration or cutting heat deformation or the weight of materials.It resulted in straightness and cylindricity unable to meet the requirements, and will cause shocking tools, burning tool, parts bending or deformation, then resulted in difficulty of processing slender shaft.
For this problem, in the traditional process, many manufacturers will adopt one side clip and another side hold at intermediate of materials and use follow-rest.But this process is only for the shaft parts with large diameter, and still difficult for processing slender shaft part.
